Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with what you paid for. This page explains when you can get your money back. To ask for a refund, email support@hooray3d.com from your account's email address and include your order number. You'll find it in the receipt email from Waffo Pancake or Creem.

Credit Pack

You get a full refund within 14 days of buying a Credit Pack, provided none of its credits have been used.

Plans: Starter, Pro and Team

• Cancel any time. Cancelling stops future renewals; your plan and its credits stay active until the end of the period you paid for.
• First payment: you get a full refund within 14 days of your first payment on any plan, provided you haven't used any credits since that payment.
• Renewals are not refunded once credits from that period have been used. If a renewal charged you after you meant to cancel and you haven't used its credits, write to us within 14 days and we will refund it.

Things refunded automatically

• Failed generations: if a model fails to generate for a technical reason, its credits are returned to your balance automatically. You don't need to ask.
• Blocked by our checks: if our content checks refuse a generation, no credits are used.
• Charged twice: if you were charged twice for the same purchase, we refund the duplicate.

What we don't refund

• Credits you have already used to make models. That includes models you didn't like: the free preview lets you try first.
• Purchases older than 14 days, except as described above.
• Accounts closed for breaking the Terms of Service or the Content Rules.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the original payment method through our merchant of record, Waffo Pancake or Creem. They usually arrive within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank. When we refund a purchase, the credits it gave you are removed.

Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under the consumer laws of your country.
