Payments are processed by our merchant of record, Waffo Pancake (Waffo.com Limited), or by Creem. Your card details go to them and are never stored by us. Taxes are calculated at checkout. Refund policy
Billing questions
How do credits work?
Each model uses credits when you make it: Quick is free, Standard uses 2, a figurine from a photo 3, Detailed 6 and High detail 8. Downloads never use credits.
Do credits expire?
Plan credits renew each month and unused ones don’t carry over. Credit Pack credits never expire.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. Your first payment on any plan, or a Credit Pack, is refunded in full within 14 days if none of its credits were used. Failed generations are refunded automatically.
Can I sell what I print?
Yes. Models you download on a paid plan or with a Credit Pack include commercial use, as long as you have the rights to your photo.
How long are my models kept?
Models made with credits are kept while your plan is active, and for 30 days after it ends. Without a plan, they are kept for 12 months after you make them. We email you at least 7 days before we delete one, so you can download it. Free previews are kept for 7 days.
Can I cancel or change plans?
Yes. Cancel anytime in Settings, Billing: your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for. To change plans, cancel the current one first, then start the new one.
How does Team work?
Up to 3 people get 600 credits a month on one bill. For now we set teams up by hand: email us, and we create an account for each person and split the credits between them.
Which payment methods can I use?
Cards and the other methods offered at checkout by our merchant of record. Taxes are calculated there before you pay.
